Managing Disabilities and the Duty to Accomodate: A Guide for HR Professionals
The duty to accommodate is one of the most challenging obligations placed on employers, and specifically, HR professionals. During this session, we will review an employer’s legal duty to take reasonable steps to adjust rules, policies or practices to accommodate an employee’s individual needs. This seminar will also provide Managers, Supervisors, HR professionals, and other workplace leaders with the tools to effectively manage requests for accommodation under The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2018.
