AI Productivity Workshops on January 19

The Swift Current and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting AI Learning led by Randy Klassen, CFRE. Randy specializes in helping organizations use AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce day-to-day workload.

The morning session, held from 10:00am - 1:00pm, will introduce practical AI skills that professionals can use immediately. Participants will see how tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini can simplify tasks such as emails, reports, research, and planning.

The afternoon workshop​, held from 12:00pm - 4:00pm, is hands-on and focused on real application. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops and actual work projects. Randy will guide participants through setting up files, building stronger prompts, and applying AI to documents and processes from their own organizations. Space is limited to keep it interactive.

Participants will learn
• Practical AI tools that support daily work
• How to prepare and load documents for better results
• Techniques for writing clear, effective prompts
• How to apply AI to HR manuals, board minutes, grant writing, and operational workflows
• Ways to reduce repetitive work and increase organizational efficiency

Registration is first-come, first-served
• Morning session capacity: 50 participants
• Afternoon session capacity: 30 participants (smaller group for enhanced coaching)

Registration Fees (Lunch included):
• Chamber Members: $25.00 per session
• Potential Members: $250.00 per session

Please note: Potential Members will be placed on a waitlist, as Chamber Members receive priority registration.
