DESCRIPTION:August 12th   Campout for Conservation   Old Man on His Back\, SK\n\nJoin us at our southwestern ranch for a weekend of conservation\, campfires\, star gazing and wildlife watching! Every year we head out to Old Man on His Back for a weekend of activities and meeting new friends!\n\nThe weekend begins on Saturday morning\, but guests can feel free to arrive the Friday evening to set up their tent and check out the stars with our partners from the Royal Astronomical Society.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to experience what a working southwest ranch is all about!\n\n \n\nOMB is also a designated Nocturnal Preserve area with almost no night light   offering an extraordinary night viewing experience for novice and well-seasoned star-gazers alike! So if you love the outdoors and Saskatchewan's natural prairie\, and want some hands-on land stewardship experience\, consider joining the NCC team at the OMB\, about a two hour drive south of Swift Current in the Milk River watershed. Bring your family for an authentic southwestern Saskatchewan camping and stargazing weekend!
