DESCRIPTION:THE SASKPOWER KITE FESTIVAL IS BACK in Swift Current\, this Summer! Join us for our 16th annual FREE admission festival with all the great fun and activities for all the family! The skies above Swift Current will fill with a colorful array of some of the most unique kites in the world. This free admission festival features beautiful handmade art kites\, giant creature kites\, speeding kite buggies\, screaming stunt kites flying in tandem\, and a one hundred kite train soaring to the skies. Free flying lessons are provided. At Windscape\, everyone can experience the thrill of flying in the vast Saskatchewan air space with some of the world's best kite artists and performers. Kids of all ages will enjoy balloon sculpting\, the bubble station\, juggling tent\, mystery sandpile\, bol racing and ongoing kite workshops. There is also a Kite Store with many kinds of kites for all skill levels and grab some tasty snacks from our on-site food trucks. Please join us for the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival in Swift Current on the Southwest Hill. The festival begins on Saturday\, June 18th\, 2022 at 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday\, June 19th\, 2022 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and has no admission charge
