DESCRIPTION:Kristin Gushuliak - United Way Regina\n\n\n\nKristin Gushuliak has worked at United Way Regina for 13 years in both resource development and community impact roles. She has been very active with the Canadian Evaluation Society and enjoys sharing information about outcome measurement. Just over a year ago\, Kristin took on the role of Performance Measurement Advisor with a large focus on evaluation and grant management for United Way Funded Partners as well as the New Horizons for Seniors Program and the Emergency Community Support Fund grants funded by the Government of Canada for Covid relief. Kristin has written and contributed to a number of grant and investment applications and processes\, and has served as an advisor and juror for community organizations and funders.\n\n\n\nKaren Henders\, B.A.\, B.F.A. and M.B.A.\n\n\n\nKaren Henders worked for many years as an assistant director and nature documentary producer before moving into program management. She was the Program Officer at SaskFilm and then the Creative Industries Consultant at the Saskatchewan Arts Board (now SKarts). While at SKarts\, she initiated and co-taught the Arts Entrepreneurship & Business Development Course. Karen is currently the Director of Community and Grant Stewardship at the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation. Although she has worked in other provinces\, Karen has always called Saskatchewan home. Over the years she has written many successful (and unsuccessful) grant and investment applications\; and has served as panelist\, an advisor and juror for community organizations\, funders\, and festivals.
